Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Glucosamine sulfate sodium chloride 628mg, equiv. to Glucosamine sulfate 500mg, Bovine sodium chondroitin sulfate 100mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 333IU) 8.33 micrograms, Zinc (from Zinc Gluconate) 5mg, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 35mg.

How to Use

Adults: Take 3 tablets daily with a meal. Or as directed by your healthcare professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Warnings

Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. The recommended daily dose of this medicine contains 187mg of sodium. Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women. Contains crustacea and soya bean products.
