After brushing and flossing, rinse with 20mL undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. For children aged 6 to under 12 years old: Rinse with 10mL undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. Expel the liquid. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Supervise children 6 years and over. Not recommended for children under 6 years.
