Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep is a comprehensive formula containing Passionflower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine for its sedative properties to help relieve tenseness, restlessness and irritability that may make it difficult to sleep. This premium quality formula includes Lemon balm, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve symptoms of mild mental stress and indigestion. Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep contains magnesium to help support healthy muscle function and the herb Hops, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve nervous tension and assist relaxation to encourage a restful sleep.
Ingredients
EACH FILM COATED TABLET CONTAINS:
- Hops (Humulus lupulus extract 50 mg) equiv. dry fruit 500 mg
- Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata extract 150 mg) equiv. dry flower and leaf 1.5 g
- Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis extract 33.33 mg) equiv. dry leaf 750 mg
- Magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 52.50 mg
How to Use
Adult Dosage: Two tablets daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
