  • Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 180 mg

How to Use

Adult Dosage: General Health: One capsule daily. Heart & Cardiovascular Health: Two capsules daily. Brain Health and Nervous System Support: Two capsules daily. Eye Health: Two capsules daily Healthy Blood Lipids: Five capsules daily. Mood Balance: Three capsules, twice daily. Joint Support: Seven capsules daily.
