Each capsule contains:
Iron (II) glycinate 88.8 mg equiv. to iron 24 mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 200 mg
Citrus bioflavonoids extract 40 mg
Adult dose: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your health professional.
