Splintex Draw Gel draws out stubborn thorns and splinters in a safe way. The glycerol acts as a humectant which means it attracts water to itself and magnesium sulphate works via osmosis. The magnesium sulfate is dried so does not contain any water and when applied to the skin exhibits a strong osmotic effect and glycerol is hygroscopic, meaning it has a strong affinity for water and thus will draw out moisture from the inflamed area (as well as the atmosphere).

Active ingredients: glycerol + magnesium sulfate dried
Spread a 5mm thick layer onto a non-adhesive dressing and apply to affected area. Cover with a bandage and change after 12-24 hours, repeat process if necessary.
Wash hands after use.
