L. plantarum 299v = 10.0 Billion CFU L. rhamnosus GG = 6.0 Billion CFU B. lactis B94 = 5.0 Billion CFU Zinc (from zinc citrate 11.72mg) = 4 mg L = Lactobacillus B. = Bifidobacterium CFU = Colony Forming Unit
Adults take 1 gram (1 level spoon) daily, or as directed by your health professional. Mix powder vigorously in lukewarm water and ensure powder is fully dissolved, consume immediately. Can also be added to food. Only the enclosed spoon should be used. 1 level spoon = 1 gram. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Use within 3 months of opening. No refrigeration required.
Do not use if the label seal around cap is broken or removed. Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of a health professional before taking this product.
