Sambucol also helps improve the quality of life while sick, such as the ability to accomplish daily activities. The formula helps reduce the severity of cold and flu symptoms including a runny nose, congestion, cough, sneezing, sore throat and fatigue The great tasting, highly concentrated black elderberries are packed full of antioxidants and vitamins that may boost your immune system and encourage a faster recover.
Ingredients
Active ingredients per 15 mL oral liquid (syrup): Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry, Equiv. fresh juice 5.7 g
How to Use
Adults may take 15 mL (1 tablespoon) 4 times daily. Children 5-12 years may takr 15 mL (1 tablespoon) 2 times daily. Children 2-4 years may take 7.5-15 mL (1/2-1 tablespoon) per day. For best results, start dosage at the first sign of a cold or flu.
